Refund and Returns Policy
Before returning: Please contact our online customer service or email as soon as possible to provide you with a return address.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your bracelet.
We offer a “30 day satisfaction guarantee” for all products purchased on www.sengaie.com. You have 30 calendar days (from the date you receive the product) to return the product. For refunds, we accept sengaia with the original label in the packaging box, and the bracelet must not show any signs of use. After the package is returned, we will issue a full refund (minus a $20 return fee for the product). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of your purchase.
Please note that as we sell customized products, there is no legal obligation for us to refund. However, we hope our customers are 100% satisfied, so we offer a ’30 day satisfaction guarantee’!
If it is a cash on delivery country or region: Please be sure to open and check if you are satisfied before signing for the product. If you are not satisfied, please refuse to sign for it.
Other information
International orders (i.e. orders outside of Europe) are responsible for overseas shipping costs, as well as all shipping, value-added tax, and import surcharges incurred for exchanges and refunds. (Please make sure to contact us before returning the wristband, and we will support you in avoiding these costs)
